Now we are clear about line 16. So if we want to replace the waive with code 2H, we need to use HRBENUS_B_ACA_OFFER Badi.
regarding line 14, we have configured as mentioned below in V_T77BENUS_ASPCC.

Ex: If I create a record with EE+C in 167, as per IRS it should come 1C. If I create a record with EE+S in 167, as per IRS it should come 1D.
But every time for all scenarios, line 14 is getting filled with 1E.
Can you kindly suggest me the configuration are correct or not? If the configurations are correct, where I didn't do right.
