I have a Web Intelligence report that has three tabs. The first two tabs, which only has tabular data, appear blank when exported to Excel (that goes for both xls and xlsx). The names of the tabs are correct, but the tabs are empty. The third tab, which is mostly charts is exported fine.
When exporting to PDF, all of the content of the report are reflected correctly. When scheduling the report to be delivered in Excel format via email, the same thing happens: the first two tabs are blank, but the third one is fine and has content.
We tried working with our BO administrator, and even he was experiencing the same problem using his Admin access. He also tried giving our user accounts every user right he can give. So this seems to be not a security issue.
For this particular report, its first tab is just a summary of the prompt values selected. There are six other reports with the same tab, but they don't experience the same problem when being exported.
Any other ideas on how this can be fixed?
